Ken Gomez, President

Christian has over 15 years of dance training with a focus on classical ballet, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, and jazz funk. He is a New Orleans native, trained under the influence of both the Deep South and Cuban cultures. At 15, he moved to Houston to train in classical ballet at the Houston Ballet Academy and by 18, he was touring through Europe as one of the “Bad Boys of Dance” in “Rock the Ballet”, performing in Switzerland, Spain, Germany, and Finland. Early stage experience has included over 20 recitals and four musical theatre productions.

He is currently a company member of LA Contemporary Dance Company, and teaches ballet at the “Edge” and IDA.

Sal Saenz

Sal has lived in the Belmont Shore/Belmont Heights area of LB for the last 20 years, owning homes in both Belmont Shore and Belmont Heights area.
He is very involved in the Long Beach Community serving on the Board of Directors for Musical Theatre West for 14 years as well as Board of Governors for Long Beach City College raising money for both youth cultural enrichment programs and much needed college scholarships for LBCC. He also serve on the APAC Board, Anaheim Performing Arts Center and have raised money for many non-profits in LB.
Sal has an excellent reputation in the community for providing the highest level of service and the best results in the shortest time frame possible. He has based his career and life on honesty, integrity, dedication and hard work and strive to build business by building personal relationships that last. Sal provides extensive services for buyers and sellers as well as unlimited resources and referrals for any such work such as remodels, design consultation. He is a wealth of resources and information.

Gene Bukrinsky

Christian Espinel, a native from Los Angeles, CA. studied acting in high school with the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts. As a senior, he began training with the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, learning various styles from Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tissue, Character, to the Dunham technique. He has performed in many of Ms. Allen’s original productions such as, “Brothers of the Knight” and “Oman O Man”. He was a part of the skeleton crew for “Twist: An American Musical” directed and choreographed by Debbie Allen.

Through DADA, he joined Unity Dance Ensemble a company founded by “So You Think You Can Dance” choreographer Tessandra Chavez.

Susan Boyle

Susan has lived in Long Beach for 21 years and has 17 years of Real Estate experience. She is a strong believer in the power of advertising and maintaining property marketing through all mediums including the Internet, virtual tours, multiple forms of print media, and press ads in various publications. Susan is now using Engel & Völkers’ international reach and state-of-the-art technology to continue to provide her clients with the best possible service. 

Susan continually works hard for her clients, whether representing the sale of their home or assisting them in a purchase. While she specializes in the historic Villa Riviera building in Downtown Long Beach, she helps clients from all areas of Los Angeles and Orange counties. Making the selling or buying process simple, informational and personable is the cornerstone of her essential business motto.

Matthew Primm

Matthew Primm is a senior managing attorney of the Cannabis Law department. He possesses a skill set and background that is of particular use to cannabis clients. Matthew is not only able to assist in the general entity formation issues that arise for our clients, but he is also able to assist in navigating those treacherous 280E waters that our cannabis clients face under federal law. Matthew has assisted clients in acquiring licenses, entity structuring, joint ventures, various contract drafting, site acquisitions, as well as general counsel services.Matthew also handles various general litigation matters in areas related to real estate, general liability, and products liability.Matthew Primm received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree in 2005 from the University of San Diego.  He also then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School and a LL.M. in Laws of Taxation from the Fowler School of Law in Chapman University.

Malachi Middleton

Malachi Middleton is a native to Los Angeles, where he began his dance training at the age of 16 at Alexander Hamilton High School under the guidance of Karen McDonald and LaTrece Douglas. While in high school he continued his training at Lula Washington Dance Theatre and Debbie Allen Dance Academy. He has toured with Debbie Allen, Invertigo Dance Theatre, Kybele Dance Theatre and JazzAntiqua Dance Ensemble and performed with the LA Philharmonic.

You may also recognize him from the 2016 Euro Cup music video, David Guetta’s “This One’s for You” music video (featuring Zara Larson), Jamie Foxx’s “You Changed Me” music video (featuring Chris Brown), Rufus Wainwright’s “Sign/ Sealed/ Delivered” music video, as well as commercials for Turkish Airlines, Digicel, and Duke Health.

Re'Sean Pates

Re’Sean Pates began his dance training in Gilbert, AZ, in hip hop, contemporary, ballet, jazz, modern, and tumbling/tricking. Some of his credits includes having a reoccurring role as a Dalton Academy Warbler on Glee, seasons 3-6, Daniel Ezralow’s “Open” International Tour, Lexus Industrial, Major Crimes, & the 2014 Sochi Wonter Olympics Openeing Ceremony Crew. Re’Sean has had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Brooke Lipton, Zack Woodley, Daniel Ezralow, Mandy Moore, Dee Caspary, and many more. Re’Sean is currently living in Los Angeles, CA actively perusing his passion in the industry.
